Insecurity, conflict and neglect in Pakistan’s northwest Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) means there is a lack of functioning health facilities in the region. Patients travel vast distances to reach the MSF hospital in Sadda, Kurram Agency and are often forced to sell their possessions to pay for transport.
